Update 1.0.2

This update contains a bunch of additions that improve the game overall, and also fixed some bugs.

New content:

*Added an small animation to the laser

*Added a UI element that shows your current health

*Added a UI element that appears whenever a new anomaly is going to appear

Bug fixes:

*Fixed a bug when the player got the "Low health" anomaly, where they would be imortal troughout the duration of said anomaly

*Fixed a bug where the player was able to shoot even while the laser was active

*Fixed a bug where enemie projectiles did no damage

*Fixed the Eye's projectile hitbox
